Join Bread By Bridget at Mobtown Brewing in the Brewer’s Hill neighborhood of Baltimore for a hands-on sourdough baking class! You'll learn the essentials of sourdough bread-making, including mixing, stretching and folding, shaping, and scoring your dough. Plus, discover what sourdough is, how to care for a starter, and gain the confidence to bake amazing bread at home.

At the end of the class, you’ll leave with:

+A country sourdough loaf ready to bake.

+A banneton (proofing basket).

+A printed guide with beginner-friendly recipes.

+A dough scraper.

+A sourdough starter to take home.

+One drink ticket to enjoy during the class.

What to bring:

Please bring a medium-sized mixing bowl (3–5 quarts) to prepare your loaf. A clear bowl is recommended but not required.
